HELPING COUPLES STRUGGLING WITH THE COSTS OF IN-VITRO FERTILIZATION
Our Mission
We created this non-profit because we know the emotional, mental, physical, and financial struggle infertility can cause.
We personally know the pain, loneliness, and heartache that infertility can impact a couple.
We know how hard it is to try to get any coverage from insurance.
We know how outrageously expensive fertility treatments and medications are. Infertility is hard enough without the major finical costs along with it. We want to be able to help couples that are going through their infertility journey and are faced with the bill of In-Vitro Fertilization. We want to help those who are in the same situation we were in and that feel like there's no way they could ever financially afford IVF and feel completely helpless.
We are a registered 501C3 non-profit organization under Worth Every Shot, Inc.
Our Story

Chad & Emilie Moss
Founders of Worth Every Shot
Annual Golf Tournament
Hi, I'm Emilie Seibert Moss. In 2016, I learned that I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and after numerous visits to various doctors without definitive answers, I finally consulted a PCOS/hormone specialist who confirmed my diagnosis. This specialist played a crucial role in managing my symptoms and hormone levels and embarked on a journey to help us conceive. Despite our efforts and two years of treatment, we found ourselves exploring fertility treatments.
I carefully selected a fertility doctor after consulting with several professionals, only to face the heartache of unsuccessful treatments. We weren't ready to jump to IVF immediately, leading us to seek additional opinions. Multiple consultations later, we began our first Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) in September 2021, which, sadly, did not succeed. A subsequent attempt was canceled due to inadequate egg growth, steering us toward IVF.
We initiated the Worth Every Shot golf tournament in August 2022 to help fund our IVF journey. After experiencing a successful tournament, we felt inspired to expand its purpose beyond our own story. Recognizing the profound impact it could have, we decided to make the tournament an ongoing event to support other couples facing similar fertility challenges. This led us to transform Worth Every Shot into a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, aiming to provide financial assistance and hope to those embarking on the same difficult path to parenthood that we once did.
Soon after the tournament, we finally signed our IVF contract on August 16th and I underwent the egg retrieval on December 1st, 2022, followed by an embryo transfer on February 13th, 2023. Our journey culminated in the joyous arrival of our beautiful miracle, Rori, on September 28th, 2023, despite pregnancy complications that included a 105-day hospital bed rest and a month-long NICU stay for Rori before she could finally come home. Through these experiences, we've been inspired to support others in their paths to parenthood, extending the hope and help that Worth Every Shot represents.
